Holding Deposit:

Equivalent of one-week rent is required to secure the property. Once this is paid, the property will be withdrawn from the market. This amount will be deducted from the first month’s rent payment before moving into the property.

PLEASE NOTE: The holding deposit is refundable if the Landlord rejects the offer. The holding deposit is non-refundable if the tenant decides to terminate from the process or fails to pass the references.

Amendments to existing Tenancy:

Tenants swap/change of a tenant/additional Tenant within existing Tenancy (with Landlord's approval), £510.00 incl. VAT
£50 incl. VAT for each amendment.

Damage Deposit:

This is paid before a Tenancy starts and this is from a minimum of a month rent to a maximum of 5 weeks' rent. If the rent exceed £50,000 per annum, a 6 weeks will be required.
